HVAC Financing Options in Washington Township, MI
Start with the work your home needs. Then compare how you might pay for it.
Every home is different. Before choosing financing, ask for a written project scope and discuss the repair or replacement options that fit your equipment and concerns.
Financing may be available to qualified customers for eligible projects, subject to lender approval and current terms. Ask our team which options are currently available before applying.
Before you apply
Look beyond the monthly payment.
Keep the written project proposal beside the lender’s disclosures. Ask about:
- Amount financed and total cost. What is included in the project price, and what interest or fees could you pay?
- APR and repayment period. Is the rate fixed or variable, how long do payments continue, and when is the first payment due?
- Promotional deadlines. If the offer uses deferred interest, when must the promotional balance be paid in full and what happens if it is not?
- Deposits and payments. Is a down payment required? How are payments allocated, and what happens after a missed payment?
- Early repayment and eligibility. Ask about prepayment terms, application requirements and whether applying affects your credit.
A clear sequence
Assess the project. Review the terms. Authorize the work.
- Talk through the problem. Tell us about the equipment, comfort concerns and service location. We will discuss the next assessment step, subject to availability.
- Review the written scope. Confirm the equipment, work, exclusions and project price before deciding how to pay.
- Request current financing information. Confirm the lender, official application destination and available terms with our team. The lender makes the credit decision.
- Authorize work separately. Financing approval does not book an appointment or authorize installation. Confirm the work agreement and schedule with a Cooley team member.
- Keep your documents. Retain the project agreement, lender disclosures and payment schedule so you can review the obligations you accepted.
Your home, your project
Make sure the proposal covers the whole installation.
Depending on the project, ask about equipment sizing, existing ductwork and airflow, electrical work, venting, condensate drainage, permits and start-up checks. Confirm which work and accessories are included, which warranty terms apply and who handles any required registration or incentive paperwork.
Equipment eligibility, financing eligibility and incentive eligibility are separate questions. Have each confirmed for your specific project.
Common questions
Can I get a quote before applying?
Ask our team about a project assessment and the information needed for a written proposal. Confirm the scope and price before choosing a financing option.
Does approval mean my appointment is booked?
No. A lender’s credit decision and Cooley’s work agreement are separate. A team member must confirm appointment availability and the work to be performed.
Which lender and terms can I use?
Ask for current financing information for your project. Programs, eligibility, rates and terms may change. Review the lender’s current disclosures and direct any questions about the credit agreement to the lender.
Can I send financial information through the service request?
Use the service request to describe the work you need. Submit any credit application through the lender’s official application process.
Let’s talk about the work
Request a project appointment.
We’re a small business and do our best to answer the phone. If we’re helping another customer, you can request an appointment online. Requests are subject to availability; a team member will contact you to confirm before arrival.
Financing approval, rates, terms and eligibility are determined by the lender. An online service request is not a credit application or a confirmed appointment.
